Grubs are the worker unit of the Myriad race. They appear as worms with an interesting 'flipping' technique to get around and, while building, turn into large eggs that burst to reveal the building they mutated into. Like all Worker Units, they can also repair buildings, collect Xenodium and Energy, lure enemy attacks, and be used to scout the enemy.
